I spoke with Anthony Belli and he couldn't have been more helpful. He found the perfect rental for me. After we booked it I wasn't sure if our block had beach access. Anthony drove down to the street and checked for us and called me right back. If that's not exceptional customer service then I don't know what is. Thanks again Anthony!

Matt Schlosser knows his stuff and more importantly is great communicator. I always felt comfortable in the process because Matt kept me up to date and made sure I was ok with all of the steps. At the end of the day, selling and/or buying a home can stir up so many feelings and you just want to feel like you made the best decision. My family recently worked with Schlosser to rent a house for the week. We have rented beach houses for years and have never had such a terrible experience. The house was beautiful, but items that were promised were not added (new outdoor shower etc) As we have always done, we stripped the beds, cleaned out our stuff, left a few usable items in the fridge for the next tenants and left the house. We assumed a cleaning service would be coming in to clean up the sand (since there was no broom in the house) and the rest of the house. My 65 yr old mother was called up by the owner of the house and verbally assaulted about the condition we left the house. We attempted to complain to Schlosser but were then just sent a harassing email from Schlosser regarding the state of the house. There was absolutely NOTHING in the rental agreement informing us to leave the beach house in the condition we found it. They kept a good portion of our damage deposit, even though nothing was actually damaged. We were accused of stealing a beach chair, and leaving ketchup in the fridge. We were three affluent families renting the house for a fun week, and can guarantee we did not take a beach chair. As for the horrible offense of leaving a cup in the garbage and ketchup in the fridge....well, guilty as charged. Our families have rented before both privately and through other agencies and we have always been asked back and been treated with respect and professionalism. Not the case for Schlosser real estate. Spread the word.....do not rent from them.
