i frequent alot of ocean county libraries. i moved to seaside in june, so upper shores has become my main branch. its not the biggest branch in the county, but its beautiful and clean and is staffed by the nicest people, tho alot of sweet knowledgeable people work in our county library system!!
I volunteer here through the s.a.i.l. program, and wveryone here is wonderful! Shout out to Laura Beth,the reat childrens and teen librarian!!!!!!
